Clear terms for website enquiries and accepted work.

These terms apply to the AL TAMKEEN website and initial service enquiries. A binding service scope is created only through an accepted written quotation, engagement, booking confirmation or other written agreement issued by AL TAMKEEN CORPORATE SERVICES DWC LLC.

Website information

Website information is general and may change as authority rules, supplier conditions, fees, availability and eligibility requirements change. It is not a substitute for a case-specific assessment or regulated professional advice.

No automatic approval, booking or guarantee

A website or WhatsApp enquiry is not a government or visa approval, court outcome, bank approval, insurance cover, confirmed travel booking or guarantee of result. Scope, documents, timing, professional fees, authority charges, supplier conditions and expected milestones are confirmed in writing.

Quotations and payment

Quotations identify the service scope and known charges at the time of issue. Authority, bank, courier, translation, medical, Emirates ID, facility, airline, hotel and other third-party charges are included only when stated. Payment must be made through the method shown on an official AL TAMKEEN quotation, invoice or payment instruction.

Legal consultation bookings

A free case-route assessment is a limited intake used to identify the matter, urgency and possible professional route; it is not substantive legal advice. A paid consultation is confirmed only after the matter, jurisdiction, professional availability, conflict position, consultation fee, method, date and time are accepted in writing. Payment reserves the agreed consultation slot. Drafting, notices, filings, hearings and representation require a separate written scope and quotation.

Rescheduling, cancellation, late attendance and non-attendance conditions are confirmed with the booking. A consultation fee may become non-refundable when the confirmed professional has reserved the time or begun reviewing the submitted material, subject to the written booking terms.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

Before payment, the applicable cancellation and refund conditions are confirmed for the selected service. Work already performed, submitted authority applications and non-refundable authority or supplier charges may not be refundable. Any eligible refund is assessed against the accepted quotation, completed work and third-party rules.

Authorities, free zones and travel brands

Authority and portal names identify processing channels. Airline and supplier names identify inventory or fulfilment routes that may be available through supplier, GDS or NDC access. Display does not by itself claim ownership, government endorsement or a direct airline appointment. All marks belong to their respective owners.

Regulated professional work

AL TAMKEEN completes eligible work directly and manages the client journey. Where applicable law requires a registered legal consultant, advocate, licensed lawyer, tax adviser, auditor, insurer, broker, recruiter or other regulated professional, the reserved work is completed by the appropriately authorized professional or firm. Submitting a website form does not create a lawyer-client relationship, confirm representation or stop any legal deadline.

Travel services

Fares, baggage, schedules, names, visas, changes, cancellations, no-show conditions and refunds remain subject to the airline, hotel, supplier and ticket rules confirmed before payment or issuance. Customers are responsible for checking passenger names, passport validity, visas and final itinerary details before approval.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide complete, accurate and current information, review documents and quotations promptly, meet stated deadlines and avoid sharing passwords, OTPs or unauthorized access credentials. Delays or additional costs caused by missing, inaccurate or late information may require a revised scope.

Privacy and acceptable use

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Notice. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material or impersonate another person or business.

Complaints

Send service concerns to info@altamkeen.ae with the quotation, invoice or application reference and a clear description. We will review the assignment records and respond through the official contact route.

Applicable law

Unless a written service agreement states otherwise, these website terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai, and disputes are subject to the competent courts.
